For furnishings, millwork, and procurement, we work with transparent cost estimates agreed upon during Phase 1. We prioritize financial clarity and provide detailed budget tracking throughout the project cycle.

Timelines vary depending on project scale. Full residential furnishings generally take between 3 to 6 months, while major renovations or full-build architecture projects span 8 to 18 months. Lead times on custom Italian furnishings or hand-crafted items heavily influence the delivery window.

The initial consultation is a comprehensive 60–90 minute session, held virtually or on-site. We discuss your lifestyle preferences, spatial goals, functional constraints, aesthetic tastes, and preliminary investment level. It allows both parties to assess fit before committing to a full service agreement.
